SolarAccess B.V. ("SolarAccess", "we", "our") takes your privacy seriously. This notice explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
We only collect data you actively share with us, plus minimal anonymous analytics:
- Contact form submissions — name, company, email, country, phone (if provided), interest area and message.
- Aggregate usage data — page views and referrers via Vercel Web Analytics. This is cookieless and anonymized at source.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about a potential project.
- To improve site quality (which pages get traffic, broken links, etc.).
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Data processors we use
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery (privacy policy).
- Resend — transactional email delivery (privacy policy).
- Sanity — content management for the public-facing site (privacy policy).
Your rights
- Request a copy of personal data we hold on you.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Object to processing or withdraw consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from last interaction, then deleted. Email backups are pruned within 30 days of the retention period.
